Powerful Drive and Flexible Installation
The powerful motor, with selectable drive powers of 7.5 kW, 11.0 kW, or 15.0 kW (at 100 or 200 rpm), enables efficient mixing. The ceiling installation offers flexible mounting options, while the lateral adjustment via the support tube allows for a full 360° rotation and a vertical inclination of up to 45°.
Effective 3D Polyamide Propeller and Stepless Adjustment
Equipped with a 3D polyamide propeller (Ø 1,000 mm or Ø 1,400 mm) and a large swivel range, the agitator provides an effective agitation length of up to 4.0 meters. The continuous adjustment during operation is easily achievable, as no bottom bearing is required. The tube, with a diameter of 127 mm, is made of V2A stainless steel and features multiple bearings for maximum stability and durability.
Robust Design and Gas Tightness
The gas-tight base frame, with a support tube diameter of 880 mm, is galvanized and coated with tar epoxy resin, providing double corrosion protection. A stainless steel version is available upon request. Additionally, the triple bellows seal made of EPDM ensures extra protection.
Continuous Operation and Easy Maintenance
The agitator is designed for 24-hour operation and is suitable for both side and ceiling installation. Thanks to the drive shaft running in an oil bath with multiple bearings, the agitator offers high reliability. The electric drive is located outside the tank, significantly simplifying maintenance.
Certified and Versatile
With Ex-Zone 2 approval and the ability to install the agitator in concrete or steel tanks, this system is extremely versatile. It can be mounted on the ceiling or through the tank wall. With double corrosion protection measures—hot-dip galvanizing and epoxy coating—it is well-suited for long-term use in demanding environments.
