Our progressive cavity pumps are high-quality products, which are manufactured for a wide range of applications. In order to be able to offer you the right pump, the material composition of the progressive cavity pump is individually designed according to the existing medium.

Features

The progressive cavity pumps of the N series are high-quality and very robust pumps, which are characterized by the following features:

Progressive cavity pumps NF series

Features

The NF progressing cavity pump is a compact and cost-effective pump which is easy to install and does not require a separate base frame. For flow rates of up to 30 m³/h, this series is a good alternative to the N series. In this design, the gear motor is screwed directly to the progressive cavity via a flange.

Stators

For all applications where elastomer stators can be used, an adjustable stator is available, which significantly increases economic efficiency.

The stator can be continuously adjusted over a wide range when the pump performance decreases; this extends the service life of the stator by a factor of 4 to 6. The special design of the adjustable stator ensures a radially uniform contact pressure and full tightness.
